- Picture of Photo ID (Drivers Licence, Passport, Photo ID)
- Valid delivery address for posted material / certificate
- Are confident you have had the majority of your questions answered and feel you are well supported
- 10 minutes to complete and fill all fields

It is a Government provided ID number to maintain a consistent up-to-date record related to just you. This USI also helps compile all your completed Nationally Accredited studies in the one location. To obtain a USI is easy, quick and free.
